The website was easy to use and there was a wide choice of flower arrangements. It was useful that there was a special instructions section where specific requests could be made which would be accommodated if possible. Prices were very reasonable and I was very happy with the service received.

Using direct to florist for the first time proved to be an easy experience. The flowers were very beautiful ,and delivered on the day requested. My only negative would be that the colours differed from the bouquet shown. I suspect the florist just did not have those colours on the day I ordered.

The flowers were for my daughter who was poorly and just out of hospital. They were beautiful but the were delivered to the wrong address. I definitely put the correct address on and I’ve rechecked since. She had to get dressed and go retrieve them so not ideal.

I unfortunately had the wrong address for my friend who I was sending the flowers to. But the difference between an Ave and a Way can mean chaos for the delivery people. The florist delivery person however did not give up and was eventually able to deliver the beautiful flowers to my friend .
