I booked this florist because I wanted the flowers to be delivered on the recipients birthday. I paid a premium for delivery for that to happen. Instead, the flowers were delivered 3 days later. Im exceptionally disappointed and wont be using this service again.

The flowers were delivered the same day you ordered, less than two hours after you placed the order on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately the email was delayed on sending to you, but that doesn't directly come from us. The recipient was very happy when receiving them on the correct day. Thank you

We ordered the Evelyn bouquet for a work colleagues 60th birthday gift. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fantastically presented and had a good combination of open flowers and buds. The lady in the shop was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
